Brandon Schwab founded the company because his father flew the OH 58 chopper in the army and was Killed In Action with Valor in 1984 when he was only 2.5 years old. Later in life my Grandpa Bud (fathers side) became my father figure in life and he had second stroke at 80 years old showing Brandon exactly how terrible the senior living really is.

Brandon Schwab used the negative experience as starting point to disrupt the broken senior living industry flooded with BIG box buildings that smell like pee and treat residents like cattle to cozy homes offering assisted living and memory care. Now realizing the shortage coming in 2030 feel the duty to help others as we are over 550,000 beds short of the market demand coming.
